Sales Executive Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about current market trends.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and effective communication.
- Conduct property tours, provide information on available properties, and address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, legal requirements, and market conditions.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Diploma in Business Management (Sales and Marketing option).
- 2 years of proven experience as a real estate sales executive.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Result oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.
Compensation and Terms of Work
This position offers an attractive commission structure along with a retainer to support your efforts. The sales executive position is a full time role that involves significant fieldwork.
