Lavender Properties Limited is a real estate consultancy agency that deals with property sales, letting and management. Sales Executive Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about current market trends.
  2. Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and effective communication.
  3. Conduct property tours, provide information on available properties, and address client inquiries.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  7. Stay updated on industry best practices, legal requirements, and market conditions.
  8. Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.


  • Diploma in Business Management (Sales and Marketing option).
  • 2 years of proven experience as a real estate sales executive.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Result oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Compensation and Terms of Work

This position offers an attractive commission structure along with a retainer to support your efforts. The sales executive position is a hybrid role that involves significant fieldwork.
